The presentation of a concept car at the Essen Motor Show is now being followed by the presentation of the smart forfour BRABUS SBR at the Geneva Motor Show, which is being offered for sale as an exclusive small series. The SBR can achieve a maximum speed of 226 km/h and underlines the potential and the classlessness of the smart forfour. Its performance data are impressive: 155 kW (210 bhp) and torque of up to 250 Nm. Acceleration from 0-100 km/h in just 6.4 seconds. With a variable locking differential that enhances traction on winding roads and shorter shift travel that enables gears to be changed even more quickly.
The smart forfour BRABUS SBR also demonstrates the innovation competence of its manufacturer: The tridion safety cell and bodypanels come in a unique graphite grey matt finish. The smart crosstown show car and the smart roadster collector's edition are the only other vehicles to sport similar paintwork.
